You can generate the following reports directly from the Application:

NX-9:

For those users that have 'Execute' rights (see User Roles) for reports, the list of menu items located in the Report menu adjusts depending on what type of item you have selected within the treeview of Line Sections and Substations:

Once the user has clicked the report to be run, set the parameters and click the Run Report button, the report is then displayed.

At this point, the user can review the data displayed, then print the report or save the report to a PDF file.

When running an NX-9 report you will be prompted with an intermediate form which allows you to enter 'Revision Comments', 'Comments' and 'Summary' information for an associated 'Cover Page'.
You can also create a report 'Cover Letter' by entering the 'Cover Letter Summary' and clicking on the 'Create Letter' button.

When you select an NX-9 type of report you will be prompted for additional/optional parameters.

After entering the report parameters, click the Run Report button and the report will be displayed. Many fields within the report are customizeable. These fields are listed, along with data entry boxes, along the left hand side of the Report window. To have the custom fields filled in within the report simply enter the desired information in the textboxes and click the 'Run' button at the top left of the Report window.

Limiting Factors Summary:

The Limiting Factors Summary report lists the minimum thermal ratings of all the Equipment within the selected Equipment Container for each Action Level.

The Limiting Factors Summary report lists the Equipment within the selected Equipment Container and their associated thermal ratings for each Action Level. This report also highlights and summarizes the minimum thermal ratings within the Equipment Container and the associated Equipment.

Going In-Service:

The Going In-Service report list those pieces of Equipment that are not currently in service, but will be going into service on a future date (see In-Service date).

In-Service Report
Going Out-of-Service:

The Going In-Service report list those pieces of Equipment that are currently in service, and will be going out of service on a future date (see Out-of-Service date).
