If an unexpected error message is ever displayed while the Thermal Ratings application is running, a logfile is generated and can be sent to the PowerGrid Technologies' technical support staff.

The task of sending the logfile is done in the background. It does not utilize your local email client or services. It sends an encrypted version of the logfile directly to the PowerGrid Technologies servers.
